Refund Policy

At Lavender Massage Centre, we are committed to providing quality massage therapy services and a positive client experience. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Service Refunds

All massage therapy services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to speak with us directly so we can address your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a resolution such as an alternative treatment or future credit.

2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge, and any prepayment can be refunded or applied as credit to a future session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Any prepaid amount beyond this fee may be refunded or held as credit.

• No-shows are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

3. Packages and Gift Vouchers

• Massage packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They may be used by the recipient or transferred to someone else, and must be used before the stated expiry date.

4. Products

If you sell any massage-related products (e.g. oils, wellness items), you can include this clause:

Products purchased from our clinic or website may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Used or opened products cannot be refunded due to hygiene standards.
