1. Appointments & Bookings

All massage therapy sessions must be booked in advance, either through our website, by phone, or in person. Appointment times are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s booking can begin on time. The full session fee will still apply.

4. Client Health & Disclosure

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Before your first session, we may ask you to complete a short health intake form. It’s important that you disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your massage treatment. All information shared is kept strictly confidential.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the information provided.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Our massage therapy services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour — including suggestive comments, advances, or misconduct — will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges applied, and possible banning from future services.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise arranged. We accept [insert payment methods, e.g. cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments]. Prices for services are listed on our website and may change from time to time.

7. Gift Vouchers & Packages
