Electronic records are stored on password-protected devices or secure platforms. Physical records are stored in locked filing systems. Only authorised personnel have access to client information.

We retain client records for the minimum period required by professional standards and legislation (generally seven years after the last client contact, or until a child turns 25). After this time, records are securely destroyed or permanently de-identified.

If you use our website, we may collect anonymous information such as page visits or browser type to improve our site. We do not collect personal information through the website unless you choose to submit a form or contact us directly.
