Kitty Wheeler provides one-to-one business coaching, online content, workshops, and other business development services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and book coaching services. By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance via the available booking system or invoice.

  • Prices are listed in [AUD/USD/etc.] and may change at any time.

  • Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Payment is securely processed through third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the session fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable once started. Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

Please honour the time and energy commitment coaching requires — both yours and ours.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in coaching sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality, unless:

  • Required by law (e.g. court subpoena or legal obligation)

  • There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • You provide written consent to share information (e.g. with another professional)

6. Client Responsibility

As a coaching client, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • Coaching is a partnership — your commitment, honesty, and willingness to engage are essential.

  • You will not hold Kitty Wheeler liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, downloads, coaching materials, and exercises — is the intellectual property of Sarah Helm Coaching unless otherwise stated.
