Hi, I’m Michelle Markle — certified personal trainer, movement enthusiast, and your biggest supporter on your journey to better health.

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t always about reps, routines, or results. For me, movement became a lifeline — a way to reconnect with myself, build resilience, and rediscover confidence from the inside out. That experience is what fuels my passion today: helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in their own skin.

I believe fitness should be approachable, sustainable, and tailored to you — not some one-size-fits-all ideal. Whether you're brand new to exercise or returning after time away, my mission is to meet you where you are and walk beside you as you build strength, stamina, and self-belief. It’s never just about how you look. It’s about how you feel, function, and live — every day.

I’m certified in personal training, strength and conditioning, and functional movement, and I continue to expand my knowledge in areas like women’s health, injury recovery, and mindset coaching. My approach combines evidence-based training with a down-to-earth style that makes fitness less intimidating and a lot more fun. You won’t find any bootcamp-style yelling here — just encouragement, structure, and support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

What sets my coaching apart is the focus on real results for real people. Whether your goal is to increase energy, feel strong in your body, manage stress, or simply carve out time for yourself — we’ll work together to build a routine that fits your life, not the other way around. I offer one-on-one training, custom online programs, and small group sessions for those who thrive in community. No matter how we work together, my aim is always the same: to help you feel more capable, confident, and in control of your health.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me hiking in nature, experimenting in the kitchen with healthy recipes, or curled up with a good book and strong coffee. I’m a firm believer in balance — because fitness should support your life, not take it over.
